Individual Coaching

Personalized sessions built around your needs; whether you’re navigating sobriety, seeking clarity in your personal or professional life, or needing grounded support.

Workshops

Interactive training designed for professionals who support individuals in recovery. These sessions blend practical tools, real-world case studies, and compassionate strategies to help therapists and medical providers create recovery-sensitive environments.

The work I do is about more than meetings and milestones; it’s about creating space for transformation. Every client comes with their own story, challenges, and hopes for the future, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all recovery. Instead, I meet you exactly where you are, blending structured strategies with compassionate support so that growth feels not only possible, but sustainable.

My philosophy is rooted in three guiding principles:
